Understory
An AI operating system for regenerative land. It works out what actually fits your site, scoring 300-odd edible species across seven layers with a deterministic fit engine, not a chatbot.
Private build
Island
Offline control for a home Powerwall, delivered as a private, signed Android app. It talks to the battery over home Wi-Fi only, no cloud, and the safety-critical parts are written twice so they check each other.
One Codebase
My own apps are the test bench
I build apps for my own phone and desktop with Tauri and Rust, one codebase per app, every screen from the same work. None of these are in an app store yet and I won't pretend otherwise. They're where I find the sharp edges before a client pays for them.
Comper
A comping desk on my phone and desktop from one codebase. It ranks UK competitions by prize, effort and freshness, and everything stays on the device. The final submit stays human.
Moonshot
A stock analyst for your phone that argues with you, ending every writeup with avoid, lottery ticket, or worth real research. No account, no middle server, you bring your own AI key.
Burrow
A private AI chat for people who aren't techy, running entirely on their own machine. It downloads a model once and then never touches the internet again.

App builds start at £10,000 and get quoted after a scoping call, because an honest number needs the whole picture first. Every project starts with a signed scope and a deposit, and nothing goes live until you're happy.
